It's vital to show appreciation and gratitude for the people in your life.
Saying "thank you" is so simple but not done enough in the workplace yet builds such trust and creates bonds between people.
We believe praise and recognition are crucial components to our well-rounded work culture and environment of which we are so proud of.
Today though, we want celebrate one member of our team in particular.
Our very own Ellie Lucas Noonan
Ellie joined us at the end of January 2020. A few weeks later the Pandemic hit. A tumultuous time for many, her consistent and positive attitude made a huge difference in our team.
With a smile that lights up the room when she walks in, she is popular with all our clients.
Day to day she looks after the properties and their tenants from the start of the tenancy until the end.
Always the first to volunteer a helping hand, Ellie is bright, bubbly, funny, kind and endearing.
Thank you for being you Ellie. You are much loved and valued by us all.
