As a licensed professional, she is accountable and regulated by the highest industry standards and best practices and maintains this in her approach to the running of Noonan Residential.

Paired with a wealth of experience, she comfortably guides our clients from listing through to completion making sure they are fully informed all the way with her exceptional and attentive client care.

Nikki Matthews

Working hours -Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm

Nikki looks after our properties from the point of carrying out the initial inventory before move in, conducting the property visits during the tenancy and then completing the final checkout at the end of the tenancy. She deals with all maintenance issues, and she loves nothing better than getting stuck into her job, trying to exceed expectations wherever she can, all done with a smile on her face.

Emma Page

Emma PageProperty Manager
Working hours- Monday to Wednesday 9am – 5.30pm

Emma conducts the viewings to help tenants find their new home. She takes care of the referencing process and helps our new tenants to get moved in and settled as quickly as possible. Emma takes great pride in her work, with her great attention to detail and will always take the time to listen to exactly what our clients need and swiftly act upon it. Emma also deals with maintenance problems.

Jo Cox

Jo CoxAccounts Manager
Working hours- Monday – Friday 9am to 2pm

Jo looks after all financial matters for the company. She pays the rents to our clients, deals with late payments / arears, and settles contractor and company invoices.

Jo's warm, fun loving personality and genuine care for her clients are just a few reasons why the team, and our clients love her so much.

Caroline Deeprose

Working days- Tuesday & Thursday 9am- 5.30pm

Caroline is the voice behind our social media and loves nothing more than sharing our stories, entertaining our readers, or engaging with our community. Writing and designing content from home, she combines work with caring for her three daughters.
