Natalie began her career in property in 2012 and over the years has gained a wealth of experience, from running an estate and letting agency at management level, to working the 'shop floor'. Experience is everything in the property industry!
In 2019 she became qualified as a Fellow of ARLA (FARLA) in lettings and in 2021, she also completed her sales qualification too! An achievement she is very proud of.
Few ‘professionals’ who work in property, let alone the actual business owners of estate agency businesses, are qualified to advise on the stringent laws that surround all aspects of property transactions. We take our role as custodian of our client’s greatest asset, very seriously indeed.
As a licensed professional, she is accountable and regulated by the highest industry standards and best practices, which is vital in an industry where the barrier of entry is so low.
Born and bred in St Neots, she is a familiar face in a town which she loves, for the people, and its strong sense of community and feels blessed to have most of her closest family members living just a stone's throw away.
She has seen the town grow and blossom over the last 4 decades. St Neots is her home, and she feels very privileged to work here and assist all the great people of this town with their buying, selling and renting needs.
