Payment of £35 + VAT if you want to change the tenancy agreement
Payment of interest for the late payment of rent at a rate of 3.75%
Example - £500 rent arrears and 26 days outstanding
500 x 0.0375 = £18.75
18.75 ÷ 365 = £0.051
5.1p x 26 = £1.34
Payment of £35 + VAT for the reasonably incurred costs for the loss of keys/security devices
Payment of any unpaid rent or other reasonable costs associated with your early termination of the tenancy

Any other permitted payments, not included above, under the relevant legislation including contractual damages.
