I just wanted to say what a credit to your company Jo is.
My Mother is currently considering a move to St Neots to be nearer our family.
When we viewed the property, we were advised the tenant was there as he's been unwell.
The way Jo interacted with the tenant, the gentleness towards a gentleman that doesn't want to move (but has to unfortunately), all culminating in an offer to get him shopping if he needed it, (don't think Jo knows we heard that offer!) was really touching.
All while being the ultimate professional in showing us around, and answering our questions, and being just as kind with my mother and mother-in-law who viewed with me.
What a wonderful example of someone prepared to go the extra mile.
