How you communicate information, is a reflection of your character.

Trust is foundational in any relationship. How you communicate information, is a reflection of your character.

So, what kind of relationship do you have with your estate agent?

Is it one of open, frank discussion?
Where your phone calls or email are returned?
Where you feel your expectations and needs are not just being met , but exceeded?

Or as soon as your property is listed, there's a communication breakdown...or worst, none at all!?

Communication between agent and vendor is essential. You should feel as though you can call the person handling your sale at any time and for any reason.

If you're the one always doing the chasing, something isn't quite right with the working relationship you have together. And it needs addressing sooner, rather than later.

Equally, if you find that you are constantly being fobbed off or your calls aren't being returned, this should set the alarm bells ringing too.

You should, quite rightly, feel as though yours is the only house they are selling and that you are the only person who matters to the agent.

Being honest, upfront and candid and in regular communication is standard at Noonan.

Anything less is unacceptable, in our opinion.
