'I can't wait for the end of the year,' said my friend over Facetime with a huge sigh.
Because for so many people, this year has been tough.
👉 Constraints
👉 Fear
👉 Change
And just thinking about all that heaviness almost had me joining in with the whole 'kick 2020 to the kerb' conversation.
But, then I stopped and reflected on my own story of 2020 as a business owner.
And, I know before I even begin that my story is one of privilege and it's in stark contrast to the story of so many others in business.
Yet, I want to appreciate the great things that have happened this year, the rich learnings and share what Noonan Property Services will be known for in 2021.
Our word for this year is ‘grateful' and this year I'm grateful for:
More connection - with my family, friends and online community
Meaningful conversations - the hard ones, the scary ones and everything in between
Collective change - shaking us up and reaching out to help others in our community
Creativity and creation - taking ideas from dreams to reality and embracing the mess
Stepping out of my comfort zone - ignoring the inner critic, embracing the fear and doing it anyway
Above all though, I am grateful for the constant support from our clients, family, friends and colleagues, therefore we make a pledge to YOU, to commit and share with you our Client Charter for 2021.
